LAUNCH OF FUSIC® SG AND MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING BETWEEN SICM AND THE INTENSIVE CARE SOCIETY (ICS),

SICM is proud to announce the official launch of FUSIC® SG, in collaboration with the Intensive Care Society (ICS), United Kingdom. FUSIC® is UK's leading training and accreditation pathway for critical care ultrasound.
FUSIC® SG marks a significant milestone in advancing critical care ultrasound accreditation within Singapore. Through this collaboration, FUSIC® SG will provide structured, competency-based ultrasound education for healthcare professionals in intensive care and acute care settings, aligned with international standards established by ICS.
A Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) has been formalised between SICM and ICS, signifying our shared commitment to uphold high-quality training, assessment, and governance in ultrasound practice. This partnership will enable local clinicians (including nursing and allied health practitioners) to access recognised FUSIC® Heart and FUSIC® Lung accreditation and contribute to the growing regional network of critical care ultrasound practitioners.
FUSIC® SG aims to foster excellence in bedside ultrasound, improve patient outcomes, and strengthen the professional development of critical care clinicians across Singapore and beyond.
